Job Title: Cybersecurity Trainer / Instructor (Onsite – Classroom Based) Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat (Hotspot Campuses) Job Type: Contract / Project-Based | Full-Time (Onsite) Job Description We are looking for experienced Cybersecurity Trainers/Instructors to deliver onsite, classroom-based cybersecurity training programs as part of a large-scale, MNC-sponsored skilling initiative.

The role involves training final-year students and graduates through a hands-on, job-oriented curriculum covering networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, SOC operations, and cloud security concepts. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong classroom management skills and practical cybersecurity exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver onsite classroom training (theory + labs) in cybersecurity Train students on: Networking & security fundamentals Firewalls, endpoint security, and access control Ethical hacking basics & social engineering SOC operations, SIEM concepts, incident response Cloud security fundamentals Guide students on hands-on labs, mini-projects, and capstone projects Maintain attendance, assessments, and session documentation Support students during internship/project phase Align delivery with industry and Microsoft Learn-aligned content Coordinate with program managers for schedules and reporting Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / IT Security / SOC / Network Security Strong knowledge of: Networking (OSI, TCP/IP, ports, protocols) Firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security Ethical hacking fundamentals SOC workflows and incident handling Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring students/professionals Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to freshers Comfortable with completely onsite delivery Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (any one is a plus): Security+, CEH, AZ-900, SC-900, CCNA Security, or similar Prior experience delivering: Classroom-based training Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) Exposure to Microsoft security concepts or tools Who Should Apply Cybersecurity professionals interested in training & mentoring Trainers looking for large-scale, impact-driven programs Professionals comfortable working with Tier-2 / Tier-3 student cohorts What You Get Opportunity to be part of a national-level, MNC-sponsored skilling initiative Structured curriculum & academic support Competitive trainer remuneration (project-based) Long-term association opportunities based on performance.
