EHS) Organization, Capability & Talent Leadership Own the talent agenda for Move/CS&L. Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. 10+ years total experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing and distribution, ideally within FMCG or similarly complex, high-volume environments.

Proven people leadership experience: leading large teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders, operating under pressure, and resolving complex operational issues. Strong hands-on experience in primary transportation (inbound/outbound), network execution, carrier capacity management, service reliability, and cost optimization.

Strong experience in secondary logistics covering warehousing operations, distribution, delivery/route-to-market logistics, and fleet operations (own and outsourced models). Demonstrated experience managing 3PL and distributor logistics, including contract governance, KPI management, service continuity, and negotiation/renegotiation of commercial terms.

Strong knowledge of labor legislation, industrial safety requirements, EHS standards, and environmental compliance; strong understanding of food safety and quality systems. Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership; strong written and verbal presentation skills. Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business decisions and practical execution plans.

Strong prioritization, planning, and execution discipline; independence in day-to-day decision making. Demonstrated transformational and inspirational leadership; forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation in Supply Chain and manufacturing. Strong talent and succession planning mindset; ability to coach leaders and build organizational bench strength.

Strong working knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Overview

The Move Lead BCCA leads the formation and deployment of the Logistics and Customer Service operational strategy and is responsible for the development, steering, coordination and control of SPO1 Move operations across the BCCA geography (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan). The role provides leadership for Primary Transportation and Secondary Logistics (warehousing, distribution, delivery, fleet and MEM where applicable), and leads the Customer Service agenda to ensure consistent service, cost competitiveness, and operational compliance.

The role drives execution of Pepsi. Co strategy through delivery of AOP commitments, service level targets, and the productivity agenda for dairy, beverages, juices and snacks, while proactively leading continuous improvement, EHS performance and capability building across CS&L teams, 3PL partners and distributor-operated logistics.
