The Shift Manager, Casino is responsible for overseeing assigned casino floor operations during a designated shift to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and guest-focused environment. This role provides leadership to team members, supports smooth gaming operations, resolves guest and employee concerns, and partners with Security, Surveillance, Cage, Slots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Facilities, and other departments to deliver a high-quality casino experience.
