Job description
The Business Data Analyst works closely with business lines to solve complex data and process improvement problems. Helps to define problem, data needs and definitions to make recommendations on a solution. Supports the delivery of tools that will scale and bring clarity to business line needs. Partners with Business Intelligence, Software Development teams and other business line analysts on solutions.
This role requires a unique combination of skills: strong business acumen with a history of using data to solve business problems, deep analytical ability, a strategic and process improvement mindset as well as the ability translate data needs and encourage the use of data to guide decision making. Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
