Description We Are Hiring: Transportation Lead | UAE Do you thrive in fast-paced logistics environments and enjoy solving complex transportation challenges? We are looking for a Transportation Lead to join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of products across the network.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability and a proactive approach, with the ability to drive operational excellence, manage stakeholders effectively and deliver sustainable transportation solutions that support business objectives. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage relationships with transport providers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners
  • Drive transport performance across cost, service, compliance, security, and lead times
  • Lead transport tendering, vendor negotiations, and contract management
  • Ensure secure transportation of high-value luxury products, including anti-theft protocols and shipment tracking
  • Oversee the GCC, ME, North America & Europe sectors, customs compliance, bonded movements, free zone requirements, and cross-border operations
  • Optimize transport routes, vehicle utilization, and delivery scheduling
  • Monitor transportation budgets, freight spend, and operational costs
  • Deliver performance reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure exceptional service levels Location: UAE Apply now or share with someone in your network who may be a great fit.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree ✔ 5–7 years of UAE/GCC transportation or logistics experience ✔ Driving License (Mandatory) ✔ Experience within FMCG, retail, warehousing & distribution, or related industries ✔ Strong geographical knowledge of the GCC, ME, North America & Europe sectors. ✔ Expertise in Dangerous Goods (DG) transportation regulations and requirements ✔ Strong understanding of GCC customs regulations and cross-border logistics operations ✔ Experience managing regulated products across markets ✔ Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization where you will have a direct impact on operational excellence, customer service, and business performance across the region.
