Key Responsibilities
Define and manage AI platform roadmap and backlog Prioritise use cases across: Revenue (upsell, churn reduction) Cost (automation, network optimisation) Drive stakeholder alignment (IT, network, marketing, CX) Track value realisation, cost transparency, and ROI Ensure platform usability and adoption across squads Requirements Strong product management in tech/platform environments Understanding of telco business models (ARPU, churn, CAC) Data-driven decision making Stakeholder management Benefits ROI of AI use cases Platform adoption across business units Delivery vs roadmap alignment
