Private Property Maintenance Handyman (recruiting from Malta only)

Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Private Property Maintenance Handyman to support the upkeep of their property, vehicles, and outdoor areas. This is a varied, hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes initiative, and can work independently while maintaining high standards across the property.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day to day upkeep of the household, farmhouse, vehicles, and outdoor areas. Run errands, grocery shopping, and other household related tasks. Assist with guest hosting, including setup, serving refreshments, and cleanup. Maintain outdoor spaces through light gardening and general upkeep. Wash and maintain vehicles and assist with basic boat upkeep when required.

Carry out light handyman duties, including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and furniture assembly. Identify and report maintenance issues around the property.

Requirements

Previous experience in household support, hospitality, caretaking, property maintenance, or a similar role. Valid Maltese driving license and confident driving around Malta. Fluent spoken English. Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
