We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Brookes Edge location. This community has 324 units and is located off of Paul Huff Pkwy. Exit 27 in Cleveland, TN. As the Maintenance Technician, you are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
