We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our POM Product Management- Collateral team.

This role is located in Singapore. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Leading initiatives to successfully manage complex product life cycles, from development through marketing. Ensuring collaboration, communication and escalation. Provides advanced guidance on product management processes and methods to ensure products are aligned with client needs.

Reviews final products and strategies for major project initiatives, providing direction as needed. Works closely with other Product Managers to align team backlogs with program vision. Participates in PI planning and other program level ceremonies. Ability to influence, persuade and collaborate with stakeholders, including customers without authority Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Participates in industry-level advocacy to help drive market-wide infrastructure and regulatory change, working closely with internal and external stakeholders To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Demonstrated understanding of institutional client needs in APAC Proven ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and to manage complex, cross-functional internal coordination in support of commercial objectives.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across local, regional, and global teams. High degree of professionalism, accountability, sound judgment, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
