Responsibilities:

• Perform basic hair cutting, coloring, and styling services under supervision.

• Assist senior stylists with client preparation, including washing, sectioning, and product application.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with salon and industry standards.
• Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through training and observation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client experience and service quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology certification or enrollment in a licensed cosmetology program is required. - 0–1 year of hands-on experience in a salon or barbering environment (apprenticeship or internship acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism.
• Proficiency in using basic hair tools and products (e.g., scissors, combs, blow dryers, color kits).
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a mentorship-driven environment.
