Supervising Program Coordinator - Streetwork Project Harlem Drop-In Center

Summary: The Supervising Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Drop-In Center and ensures a safe, welcoming, engaging, and inclusive environment for young people. The position provides direct supervision to Youth Services Aides, supports youth development and empowerment, ensures compliance with program policies and funder requirements, and collaborates closely with the Assistant Director and program leadership team to address the needs of homeless, unstably housed, and street-involved youth. The Supervising Program Coordinator interacts with all Streetwork staff, internal Safe Horizon programs, and community partners to ensure coordinated and high-quality services for young people.
