Job Description: *Ensures all system components are installed and operational within the required time frame with minimal disruption to any business activity. *Ensure Configuration of Critical development & Production servers & Regularly audits systems/services and equipment to ensure that optimum functionality is being provided.
*Provides remote trouble shooting of systems for employees/customers. *Systems are installed to meet set deadlines. *Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning securely *Apply security patches to infrastructure and endpoints *Monitor network and server logs for anomalies *Backup critical systems and verify restore processes *Enforce antivirus, encryption, and endpoint protection policies Working with Embitel
