Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Line Trainer to lead new hire training and employee retraining across ETE's production lines. The ideal candidate combines extensive, hands-on transmission remanufacturing experience with a genuine passion for coaching and developing others. Using the Observe, Demonstrate, Master (ODM) training progression, VKS work instructions, and established best practices, the Line Trainer ensures every employee - new hire or experienced - is trained to build correctly, safely, and to ETE's quality standards.
This role also supports supervisors by helping maintain employee training matrices and keeping the training program aligned with the latest quality alerts and production processes.
