Job Description: Emergency Response Team Lead Position Summary: The Emergency Response Team Lead is accountable for leading the emergency response team during turnarounds and shutdowns. The role requires advanced technical expertise in confined space and high-angle rescue operations along with proven leadership in planning and executing emergency response strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead emergency response teams during confined space entry and high-angle works. * Develop and implement site-specific Emergency Response Plans. * Coordinate and supervise rescue operations in compliance with NFPA 1006 & 1670 and OSHA 1910.146. * Mentor and train team members in rescue techniques and emergency procedures.

Conduct drills and ensure readiness of the team during turnaround/shutdown operations. * Liaise with HSE and operations teams to ensure safe work practices.
Requirements

Certification demonstrating competency in Confined Space Rescue (NFPA 1006 & 1670, OSHA 1910.146). * Standard First Aid/CPR with AED certification. * IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification (mandatory for Team Lead, subject to assessment). Experience: * Minimum 5 years of industry-specific Oil & Gas experience (onshore/offshore) as an Emergency Response Technician.

Demonstrated experience leading emergency response operations. * Emergency Dispatch and Breathing Air Technicians will not be considered without relevant years of direct Emergency Response Technician experience. * Proven experience in developing Emergency Response Plans and conducting rescues in vessels and industrial facilities.
