Our services include: Pilates Strength training Yoga Mobility coaching Prenatal & postnatal wellness We provide everything needed for each session — mats, weights, music, and aromatherapy — allowing our instructors to focus on delivering an exceptional, luxury experience every time.
The Role This is a full-time, Abu Dhabi-based role ideal for someone looking to grow their career internationally while enjoying an excellent work-life balance and tax-free earnings. You’ll deliver: Private 1:1 Pilates sessions Small group classes (maximum 4 clients) You’ll work from professionally designed class structures while bringing your own personality, energy, and coaching style to every session.

Fridays and Saturdays off One complimentary paid hotel stay in Dubai or Abu Dhabi every 8 weeks Opportunity to live and work in one of the world’s safest and fastest-growing wellness destinations We’d Love to Hear From You If You: ✔ Hold a Mat Pilates qualification ✔ Have excellent communication and client-care skills ✔ Understand anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention ✔ Enjoy creating a warm, professional, high-end client experience ✔ Are physically fit and comfortable transporting equipment (20–25kg) ✔ Are culturally aware, adaptable, and professional Additional Qualifications Welcomed We’d especially love to hear from instructors with experience in: Reformer Pilates Yoga Personal Training Pre/Post Natal coaching Nutrition Boxing/Cardio Physiotherapy EMS Training A UAE or transferable driving licence would be advantageous.
