Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: 4 – 6 Years CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, support development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong Agile knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide teams in adopting Agile principles and best practices. Identify and remove obstacles that impact team productivity. Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of project goals. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
Coach teams and leadership on Agile methodologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Requirements
Required Skills 4–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Ability to coach teams and drive Agile transformation initiatives.
