Job description
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering EPC projects in infrastructure, high-voltage substations, Solar C&I, and water infrastructure, from contract award through execution, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring safe operations, schedule adherence, cost control, and full compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
Description: 1- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across multi-disciplinary sectors of the company 2- Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP), schedules, and resource plans. 3- Manage interface between engineering, procurement, and construction teams 4- Own and Manage project cost control, invoicing, and cash flow tracking 5- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies 6- Act as the primary point of contact with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, and Key Stakeholders 7- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works 8- Lead Quality and HSE implementation and ensure full compliance with safety standards 9- Track and report project KPIs and performance metrics 10- Ensure project documentation and records are maintained and submitted as per contract 11- Conduct lessons-learned sessions and contribute to continuous improvement 12- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
13- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities 14- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards 15- Facilitate coordination between multiple EPC partners and subcontractors Requirements Educational Degree: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering Special training, technology use, and language skills: 1- Fluent communication skills in English 2- PMP Certificate 3- Autocad 4- Primavera P6 / MS Project COMPETENCIES: 1 Strong knowledge of EPC project execution methodologies.
2 Technical Knowledge of HV/EHV substations, renewable energy, water, and infrastructure works 3 Contract & Commercial Management (FIDIC, EPC contracts, claims handling) 4 Quality Assurance & HSE Management (ISO standards, safety protocols) 5 Risk Management & Problem Solving 6 Cost Control & Cash Flow Monitoring 7 Stakeholder Management (clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors) 8 Clear and Concise Reporting (progress reports, presentations) 9 Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
