Client Service Supervisor - HAO - Monday to Friday; weekends as needed; 7:30am to 4:30pm

Oversees the activities of Client Service Specialists. Develops client service policies and procedures to ensure consistent client service and satisfaction. Troubleshoots and resolves no routine client complaints. Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service.
