Job description
This position is responsible for melting and casting production including mold cleaning/preparation as well as maintenance of equipment. Requires the ability to plan, organize and schedule work to minimize production interruptions and meet department production objectives. Responsible for effective supervision of others, application of company policies and practices, maintaining sound employee relations, resolving employee complaints, maintaining workplace safety and good housekeeping standards.
