We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional service experience, offering product information, and resolving customer enquiries with efficiency and care.
Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. * Assist customers with placing orders, managing their accounts, and tracking shipments. * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. * Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system. * Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is essential. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner. * Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard office software. * Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
