Job description
Directs branch team in building complete financial relationships and providing the finest services to the customers and communities we serve. Works to achieve the Retail Banking Group’s goals and the Bank’s Mission as it pertains to the branch office. Must lead a proactive and consistent sales effort to grow branch revenue. Responsible for managing, directing, and administering the daily operations and leading a staff.
