JR286 is seeking a Director of Sales Operations for North America to lead Sales Operations, B2B, and Customer Service in Torrance, CA. As a key member of the NA Sales Leadership Team, this leader will align people, process, reporting, and execution to support revenue growth, profitability, and operational scale, while owning the sales reporting, analytics, and business intelligence framework for the region.
This role translates complex sales and financial data into executive ready insights, strengthens forecast visibility and cross functional planning, and helps drive more informed business decisions across NA Sales and its partner functions.
