If you have Kia or Hyundai dealership experience, we want to hear from you. Pay Up to $150,000 per year Performance-based compensation Consistent workflow in a busy service department Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing manufacturer training Advancement opportunities Modern equipment and a supportive team environment Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Kia and Hyundai vehicles efficiently and accurately Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer standards Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures Qualifications Kia or Hyundai dealership technician experience required Kia or Hyundai manufacturer certifications preferred, but not required Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own professional technician tools Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
