Location: On-site, Monterrey, Nuevo León Work Shift: Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm Benefits:

- Holiday Days Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience
- 2 to 3 years in commercial roles (KAM, Senior Sales Executive, or similar)
- Experience with IBM, Microsoft, Google or Oracle
- Background in retail or consumer electronics
- Knowledge of premium IT brands
- Proficiency in retail processes Technical Skills:
- Key account management and negotiation
- Advanced Excel
- CRM handling Performance KPI’s:
- Achievement of monthly / quarterly / annual quota
- Revenue and margin growth
- Forecast accuracy
- Account profitability
