Amazon is building the earth's best transportation and logistics business. Within Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), the Carrier Services team supports carrier partners who transport goods for Amazon by resolving payment issues related to daily freight movements into and out of our North American fulfillment network.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-visibility team in the fastest growing new market in Amazon's portfolio. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Program Manager to manage carrier-facing programs focused on EDI payment dispute resolution and EDI payments optimization. In this role, you will develop AI-powered automation and process standardization, partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, and communicate program results to leadership and stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Advocate for carrier partners by identifying pain points, implementing solutions to reduce friction, and delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and roll out standardized processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational scalability across payment dispute programs
  • Independently identify system or process gaps, take ownership of issues, and drive initiatives to improve business outcomes
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track program performance, identify trends, and ensure accountability for results
  • Author clear, concise narratives to communicate program updates, results, and proposals to stakeholders - 1+ years of program or project management experience - 1+ years of supply chain experience
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
