Job description
Under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director, the Nursing Supervisor assumes responsibility for the coordination and management of Home Care clinical services provided by the Agency to individuals and families. This role shares direct supervision of RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides. In conjunction with other members of the leadership team, the Nursing Supervisor provides staff education, mentoring, and supervision of assigned professional and paraprofessional staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
