Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Hybrid) Pay Range: $50-60/hour Job Description: Up to $60/hour | Kiowa, CO | Hybrid | Part-Time Hours | School Based OT 2026-2027 School Year Position Details: Hybrid School OT Position Schools located in Kiowa, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, and Deer Trails K-12 Caseload Starting August 2026 About the Role Hello, Occupational Therapists!

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time hybrid Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across multiple schools in Kiowa, CO. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct assessments and therapy services in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings, documentation, planning, and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.

Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule​​ Flexible hybrid work model W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Adapt materials and environments to improve student access What We’re Looking For Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain) Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
