Job description
Reporting to the Senior Director, Technical Services & Project Management, the National Maintenance Manager is responsible for supporting the operations team and overseeing the physical integrity of the portfolio’s mechanical systems. This position will be responsible for supporting the teams on preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of the portfolio, with a goal to creating a high-level experience of customer service to the residents.
The incumbent will be a strong leader who consistently delivers and exceeds service standards.
