The PBLA (Portfolio Based Language Assessment) Lead Instructor is both an experienced classroom instructor and peer mentor. PBLA Leads provide instructional leadership to ensure the consistent, effective implementation of PBLA within the LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) Program.
