Training Specialist Bilingual (English/Spanish)

The Training Specialist works as a member of the program management team. Primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff training and designated student training for the program for which this position is responsible. The training specialist will effectively design, implement, and evaluate employment programs to enhance workforce performance.

The training specialist reports to the Program Director. In some instances, may directly supervise other training staff.
