Position Summary
The Life. Shop Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Life. Shop. They handle phone calls, process transactions, merchandise products, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Job Duties/Responsibilities Greets and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner creating a positive environment Provides customers with detailed product information, recommendations, and answers questions Handle transactions, ensuring smooth payment processing and managing returns Keeps merchandise well-stocked and organized Maintain Shop cleanliness - regular cleaning and tidying of the store Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Working toward High School diploma or GED Years of Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: n/a Preferred Skills, Experience, and/or Qualifications: Computer experience Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds CPR and AED Certified within the first 30 days of hire Life Time is a place for everyone.
