SAP Project Manager – Large-Scale Transformation Program

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative within a leading international company operating in an asset-intensive industry. This role will play a key part in the final and most complex phase of the transformation program, involving multiple business units, extensive migration activities, and critical go-live preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and orchestrate IT delivery across multiple SAP workstreams
• Act as the primary bridge between program management and delivery teams
• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress
• Ensure readiness for migration, cutover, testing, and go-live
• Provide structured reporting to senior leadership and steering committees
• Support and challenge delivery teams to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and milestones Scope Includes:
• SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• SAP Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM)
• SAP Document Management (DMS)
• Integration dependencies with Finance, Procurement, Controlling, and related functions
• Data Migration and Cutover Planning Requirements: ✔ Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs ✔ Proven success in complex multi-stream delivery environments ✔ Hands-on experience with SAP EAM and/or SAP EPPM ✔ Strong background in migration and cutover execution ✔ Experience from utilities, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive sectors ✔ Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and high-pressure environments ✔ Fluent English communication skills Location: Hybrid setup with a combination of onsite and remote work. Occasional travel within the organization is required. Start: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
