Our client, a well-established advisory firm, is currently looking for an Immigration Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be providing tailored advice to clients related to residency and citizenship solutions. This is an office-based role, offering a salary of up to €30K , plus a performance-based bonus.
Role & Responsibilities Assist HNW individuals on matters related to citizenship solutions, residency and services offered by the company Be the main contact for a portfolio of clients, industry partners and introducers Work with the Business Development team to develop and implement growth strategies Promote the company's brand, engage with potential clients, and assist with the marketing side of the business such as posts, online ads, promotional strategies and website support Attend networking events, conferences and webinars Assist with the coordination for business trips, conferences and industry events Act as a mentor to junior advisors Keep abreast of developments related to legislation and market trends Attend meetings, manage agendas and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare contracts, reports and other documentation Update company and client database regularly Education, Skills & Experience 1+ years of experience in immigration or financial services in Malta - non-negotiable Strong understanding of industry regulations Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken Proven leadership experience Excellent sales and networking skills Strong social media marketing skills to support business development Open to travel for business development and industry events Proficient in MS Office applications Keen eye for detail with the ability to multi-task and respect deadlines About the Role Salary of up to €30K + performance bonus Office-based in Santa Venera, Malta Opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients Professional growth and development opportunities Supportive and dynamic team environment Mentorship and career progression opportunities Please apply with your detailed CV in English.
