Program Analyst-Intergovernmental Agreements and Partnerships

Under general direction, builds and oversees a portfolio of agreements. Responsible for portfolio adherence to the established agreement strategy, metrics and procedures and in alignment to agency policies. Tracks portfolio performance, identifies risks, reports and recommends mitigations to leadership as needed. Ensures consistency in strategy, risk acceptance, prioritization of interests, negotiations, and relationship protection in agreements with public agency and service partners.

Collaborates with other intergovernmental partnering staff to align frameworks, processes and improvements across the entire program.
