Senior Associate Transaction & Processing

This position is responsible for reviewing loan documents, obtaining payoff approval, calculating fees and penalties, and completing payoff request. Create and disseminate various production and quality reports on a daily and monthly basis. Good understanding on Loan servicing and provide subject matter expertise on reviewing complex loan documentation language.

Approving Payoff calculations done by analysts, cash action forms and escrow disbursements.
