Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. We are seeking a talented Senior Open. Text Content Server Administrator to support and optimize our client’s Open. Text environment. This role requires hands-on experience with OTDS (Authentication) , Archive Center , and cloud implementations (e.g., Kubernetes ). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in monitoring, automation using Power.

Shell , and the ability to assess and resolve production incidents in collaboration with various IT teams. THE WORK: Manage and optimize Open. Text Content Server and associated modules (e.g., OTDS, Archive Center). Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (e.g., Kubernetes) to improve scalability and performance.

Monitor the health and performance of Open. Text systems and automate tasks using Power. Shell scripting. Troubleshoot and evaluate production incidents, working together with cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues. Ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of Open. Text environments. Onsite at client site : This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.
