岗位职责 / Duties: 1.Based on data analysis and business understanding, provide in-depth analysis and professional advice and information input for key business decisions. 2.Improve the business's operational analysis system, refine input and output indicators, perfect the breakdown and operational monitoring of business team goals, produce special reports, and provide business insights. 3.Collaborate with product, research, operations, and business teams, oriented towards business value creation, and drive the implementation of key projects. 1.基于数据分析和业务理解，输出深度分析，为业务的关键决策提供专业意见和信息输入； 2.完善业务的经营分析体系，包含输入、输出指标，业务团队目标监控和经营监控，并从中产生洞察，指导业务经营，输出专项报告，提供业务洞察； 3. 联动产、研、运和业务团队，以业务价值创造为导向，推动关键项目进行落地。
