As we continue to strengthen our manufacturing operations, we are looking for a Plastic Process Engineer to join our Plastic Process Department.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor production performance and analyze capacity and efficiency indicators Develop and implement projects to improve productivity, quality, and profitability Conduct process time studies and continuous improvement activities Monitor departmental KPIs and identify improvement opportunities Support budgeting and investment projects Analyze process, mold, and product quality issues during mold commissioning Coordinate corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance activities Lead initiatives related to occupational health and safety improvements Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize production performance
