- Digital: Microsoft Azure Experience Required: 6–8 Years Role Description: Canada Life is seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. This role focuses on creating dynamic, personalized, and high-volume customer communications across multiple channels, supporting enterprise communication and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire.
- Build dynamic, personalized communications for print, email, and digital channels.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and formatting for document generation.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, including:
- APIs
- Databases
- File-based feeds
- Ensure performance and scalability for high-volume batch and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Validate document layouts, formatting, and output accuracy.
- Support testing activities including:
- Unit Testing
- System Testing
- UAT
- Troubleshoot issues related to document composition, formatting, and data integration.
- Follow development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
