Deli Assistant - Full Time

Ryan’s Mace Ballycahill is seeking a skilled, efficient, and reliable Full-Time Deli Assistant to join our busy team. Key Requirements Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional deli experience is strictly essential. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. Main Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold food fresh daily.

Slice and portion meats accurately and safely. Serve customers with excellent manners and efficiency. Maintain strict food safety and HACCP standards. Keep the deli counter and prep areas spotless. Check food temperatures, fill in record books daily, record core temperatures of hot and cold storage units throughout the day.
