SOCOTEC Vietnam is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC Group providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM MEP Leader to join our growing team and help deliver high quality projects to our clients.

  • Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing …
  • Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
  • Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
  • Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
  • Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
  • Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues
  • Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API…)
  • Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap
  • Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro
  • Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred.
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology
  • Expertise in electrical or ventilation design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
