Job description
Social Workers provide clinical and supportive services to individuals and families by conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy. They collaborate with treatment teams, coordinate community resources, support crisis intervention, and assist with discharge planning.
Social Workers advocate for clients’ rights, ensure access to appropriate services, maintain accurate documentation, and promote continuity of care while supporting emotional, social, and behavioral wellbeing across diverse populations.
