Training & Development Specialist

The Training and Development Specialist assesses, designs, delivers, and evaluates learning and development solutions that support Langley’s People Strategy. Creates and delivers training that enables employee performance and job readiness. Delivers classroom and virtual training for a wide range of training and development programs.

Collaborates with others to ensure quality and standard of learning content and delivery.
