This is a full-time, office-based position offering hands-on exposure, mentorship, and genuine growth opportunities within a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Daily bank processing and dashboard reporting Creditors processing, invoice matching, and reconciliations Bank and supplier statement reconciliations Debtor receipt allocations Returns and credit note administration Capturing supplier payments and payment preparation VAT capture and reconciliation preparation Petty cash and cash receipt processing Fixed asset register maintenance Month-end support and finance administration All work is reviewed by senior finance staff, requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.

Requirements

Completed or currently studying towards a bookkeeping or accounting qualification (ICB, BCom or similar) Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping experience Experience with Sage and/or Pastel Good Excel skills Highly organised, accurate, and deadline-driven Strong English communication skills Imports, wholesale, or distribution industry experience advantageous Own reliable transport Benefits What's on Offer?
