Dual-Site Maintenance Supervisor - Synergy at the Meadows & The Solstice

We are looking for a Dual-Site Maintenance Supervisor for our Synergy at the Meadows and The Solstice locations. Synergy at the Meadows has 220 units and The Solstice has 156 units. Both communities are located in Lake St. Louis, MO. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment communities.

This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the properties.
