Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, designer and coordinators• Act as the key point of contact with project teams on design deliverables• Manage preparation of drawings / sketches / reports within ABWF Design Team• Review drawings and coordinate with other disciplines such as Architectural and building services• Address and resolve design queries, raise Request for Information (RFI)• Support in management and review of shop drawings by sub-contractors• Review and drive temporary works designs• Liaise with Construction team on design, interface and constructability aspects and where appropriate• Develop and maintain design management tools for tracking, reporting, and monitoring the progress and delivery of design packages• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to complete engineering design reviews and enhance efficiency Requirements:
- Degree holder in Structural / Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years' relevant experience with minimum 3 years in hospital / building experience• Knowledge and Experience of temporary works design• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Apply now
