Responsibilities
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements on a regular basis Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Provide data and analysis to support budget development, tracking, and forecasting Monitor cash flow trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization Uphold internal controls, GAAP standards, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors during audit cycles Maintain secure, accurate, and up-to-date financial records and documentation
