- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการของแบรนด์แก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
- สร้างประสบการณ์การซื้อที่ดีและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
- ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ขายและการจัดวางสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์
- อัปเดตความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้า คอลเลกชันใหม่ และเทรนด์ด้านไลฟ์สไตล์อยู่เสมอ
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและแคมเปญการตลาดของร้าน
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและรวดเร็ว
