Early Intervention Service Coordinator

Chester County Department of MH/IDD seeks an Early Intervention Service Coordinator to facilitate, coordinate and monitor services for children aged birth to three years old at-risk/with at least a 25% delay in one area of development. Service Coordinators work with families in their homes and/or in community locations such as childcares within Chester County.

Service Coordinators are also required to attend in-person trainings throughout the year.
