Job description
As a full-time Financial Analyst Team Lead, you will provide hands-on financial analysis and functional leadership for Tech. Source's Financial Analyst/Project Controls organization. In this working lead role, you will support Program Management Offices and Program Managers while driving standardization, automation, and consistency across project financial oversight, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and related project controls processes.
You will partner with the Controller, PMO leadership, financial analysts, and IT/business intelligence resources to develop scalable tools, templates, dashboards, processes, and reporting standards that improve financial visibility and support effective project management decision making. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Albuquerque office.
